How do the model numbers work?

Each model number encodes the cell dimensions — thickness, then width, then length in millimetres. Send us a code or your 3D envelope and we match an existing size or build to it.

Can you build a non-rectangular shape?

Yes — stepped, curved, round and custom outlines are routine. Send your 3D envelope and we'll return a feasibility report.

Is the cell safe against bending?

Shaped cells are validated for the intended curvature with crush and bend testing; we specify a safe bend radius.

Lead time for a custom shape?

Feasibility in 24h; samples typically in 2–3 weeks depending on tooling.
